Only cancellations sent to us in written form are accepted.

If the cancellation is done before the 21^st day of the arrival date : 30% of the total amount will be deduced.

Between the 21^st day and the arrival date : 100 % of the total amount will be deduced.

Length of stay shortened :

If the length of your stay needs to be shortened to a period inferior to the reservation then the total amount of the reservation is due.
